Requirements
- Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and update architectural drawings based on design inputs and project requirements.
- Develop 3D models, presentations, mood boards, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with senior architects.
- Assist in preparing working drawings, construction documentation, and submission drawings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit or other visualization software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, materials, and construction methods.
- Strong visual, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn.
